SEHATist — Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the SEHATist app, the sehatist.com website, and the plans sold through them. The service is operated by Nutraganic Biotech (trading as SEHATist), 102, 1st Floor, Raja Garden, near Joginder Nagar, Yamunanagar, Haryana 135001, India ("we", "us"). By using the app or buying a plan you agree to them.

1. What SEHATist is

SEHATist is a general fitness and nutrition guidance service. It offers:

• free on-device tools — a water, habit and streak tracker, an Indian calorie calculator and a health self-evaluation
• free guides and recipes to read in the app
• paid plans written by a SEHATist expert and delivered to you on WhatsApp

2. What SEHATist is not

We are not a medical service. SEHATist does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or manage any disease or medical condition, and nothing in the app or in a plan is a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor.

The health score, BMI, calorie and macro figures are rough estimates for general guidance, calculated from what you tell us. They are not clinical measurements and no medical professional reviews them.

Consult a doctor before changing your diet or exercise — especially if you have any medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are recovering from injury or surgery, or take regular medication. If you feel unwell while following a plan, stop and see a doctor.

3. No guaranteed results

Fitness and nutrition results depend on genetics, consistency, sleep, stress, medical history and much else that is outside our control. We do not promise any specific weight change, body composition, timeline or other outcome, and nothing in our marketing should be read as such a promise.

4. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older. The app is not intended for children and we do not knowingly serve them.

5. Your information must be accurate

Plans are built from the details you enter — age, gender, weight, height, goal, diet preference and activity level. Wrong details produce a plan unsuited to you, and we cannot be responsible for that. Tell your expert if anything changes.

5a. Enquiries through the website

Filling in the enquiry form on sehatist.com is not an order and costs nothing. It asks a person to get back to you; it does not reserve a plan, fix a price, or create any obligation on either side. Nothing is charged unless and until you buy a plan.

By submitting the form you consent to us contacting you on WhatsApp, phone or email about that enquiry. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

6. Plans, payment and delivery

• Prices are shown in the app in Indian Rupees and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Plans currently range from ₹499 to ₹3,499.
• Payment is taken through our payment provider. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Delivery is digital. After payment we contact you on the WhatsApp number you provided, normally within 24–48 hours, and send your plan there. There is no physical shipment.
• If you have not heard from us within 48 hours, message us — see Contact.

7. Your plan is for you

A plan is written for one person. Please do not resell, publish or redistribute it. You may of course use it yourself for as long as you like.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the app or our systems, and do not use the service for anything unlawful.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the app working but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The free trackers run on your device and keep working offline; buying a plan and receiving it require a connection.

We may change, suspend or withdraw features. If we withdraw a plan you have paid for and not yet received, we will refund it in full.

10. Your data

Covered in our Privacy Policy. In short: your trackers stay on your phone, and we receive your details only when you buy a plan.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Indian law permits, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan in question.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continuing to use the service means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Yamunanagar have exclusive jurisdiction.
